Capture the Everyday: Modern Technology

Almost every piece of modern technology I could think of in my house has been replaced by my beloved iPhone.

Computer. Check.
House Phone. Check.
Maps. Check. GPS. Check.
Camera. Check.
Tape Recorder. Check.
iPod. Check.
Alarm Clock. Check.
Notepad. Check.
Outdoor Thermometer. Check.
Calcutator. Check.
Portable DVD Player. Check.
Games for my kid. Check.

Now if only it had a smoothie maker, I'd be good to go.

Capture the Everyday is about getting you to capture those everyday moments in your life! Each Thursday, Melissa at Adventuroo will issue a simple challenge to capture something that’s a part of your daily life. You can post just a picture or add some words to go along with it. You’ll have a week to get it done and then I’ll issue another. It’s a quick, easy way to start capturing those little parts of life we sometimes take for granted.

  1. I had to physically restrain myself from searching the App Store for "smoothie"! My family has named my iPhone "Mom's precious" because my attachment reminded them of the creepy little Lord of the Rings character obsessed with the ring . . . they're not far off.
