Blue Sky Collection {Review/Giveaway}
Have you ever found yourself invited to a party and at a loss as to what to bring as a host/hostess gift? Or wanting to contribute something new and different to a silent auction? On both accounts I think our default has become either wine or chocolate and I'd love to break out of that mold.
That my friends is where the awesome folks at Blue Sky Collection come in with cute recycled and upcycled products like the Mini Recycled Beaded Wine Bottle Serving Dish. It's a mini wine bottle that has flattened down and molded into a small serving dish that can be used for a variety of things. We used it to hold toppings for our salads, think feta cheese, capers, olives, etc. Liam also had a fabulous time using the mini spoon to decorate cupcakes with Easter colored mini-chips.
Since Liam is such a snacker I think it will get a fair amount of us on our table filled with healthy snacks like dried fruit, trail mix, and almonds. And, could work very nicely at a party to hold dips or hummus.
This dish arrived expertly packed with lots of padding to make sure that it arrived safe and sound. It can be placed in the freezer to keep cold dishes cold and placed in the oven to 175 degrees to keep warm dishes warm. Also, it comes with 5 choices for the bead colors green, red, blue, black and amber.
Want to win this dish for yourself or to give away as a host/hostess gift?

I make a pretty awesome biscotti. So I usually make a batch to serve, and sometimes package one or two for each guest to take home.
ReplyDeleteFor hostess gifts, I try to figure out what their favorite beer or wine is and purchase that in a fancy wrap. Or... biscotti! ;D

ReplyDeleteSpinach dip. My neighbors all thought I made the most awesome spinach dip and they assumed it was all homemade. I think everyone was a little disappointed to find it's the stuff that comes in the packet. But I do a damn good job of mixing it all together.
