Shamrock Suncatcher

Here's a quick and easy craft (you probably have all the supplies on hand) for St. Patrick's Day.

Supplies:

• 2 sheets construction paper (1 yellow, 1 green)
• Crayons (1 yellow, 1 green)
• Pencil Sharpener or Knife
• Glue
• Wax Paper
• Iron
• Towel/ Paper Towels

Directions:

• Shave crayons using the pencil sharpener or knife into a small bowl. 
• Cut out shamrock shape (freehand or use pattern from the Internet).
• Cut again 3/4 inch from outside to create outline of shamrock.
• Cut out wax paper slightly smaller than shamrock shape.
• Sprinkle crayon shavings liberally over wax paper.
• Place second sheet of wax paper on top of crayon shavings. 
• Place towel on top and iron.
• Then glue cutout shamrocks to each side of the wax paper.

Place in window and enjoy!
